How do I create a fundraising page?
Head to your dashboard, create a trip, then add participants. Each participant gets a shareable campaign page automatically.
How are payments processed?
Donations and trip payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are paid out directly to your connected account.
Can I collect waivers and medical forms?
Yes. From the Forms section you can request waivers, medical forms, emergency contacts, and passport details and track every submission's status.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro is $99/month and includes unlimited trips, custom branding, full CRM tools, reporting, form management, email communications, and priority support.
Do donors have to leave a tip?
Suggested tips are enabled by default to keep TripFund free. On the Pro plan you can remove donor tips entirely.
